Mold Inspection Client Contract
To protect yourself against unwarranted lawsuits
from clients and to conduct your mold inspection and testing business on a
business-like basis, you need to have a well-drafted Mold Inspection Client
Contract signed by both yourself and your client (and the client's spouse or
business partners, etc.) PRIOR to your doing ANY mold inspection and testing
on the client's property. Please take this sample four page contract to your
attorney as a sample of what you are looking for, and please ask the attorney to
re-write the contract to be the best for you in your situation and in
accordance with the laws of the state or states in which you plan to provide
mold inspection and testing services.
